How to measure your wrist - take a soft tape measure, wrap it wrap it around your wrist snuggly and read the measurement in cms or inches or alternatively lie flat a bracelet from your jewellery box.

Sizing - Size small bracelet measures a total length of 7.5 inches (17.8cm) and will fit wrists sized from 5.7 inches (14.5 cms) to 7.3 inches (18.5 cms). Size medium bracelet measures a total length of 8 inches (20.3cm) and will fit wrists from 6.5 inches (16.5 cms) to 7.8 inches (19.8cm) with a comfortable fit.
